    • A ‘For Sale’ sign is erected outside your property.
    • If approached, I will work with other experienced Agents and Salespeople, from other companies, to show their buyers through your property.
    • I advertise your property as an Open Home when convenient to you until sold.
    • I create a full colour brochure for your property for Open Homes and general promotion.
    • Signs are erected and Open Homes conducted.
    • Buyers are followed up and I report their feedback directly to you.
    • I contact my database of past and present buyers by email to promote your property.
    • All prospective buyers are shown through your property.
    • I qualify prospective buyers and present all offers to you.
    • I negotiate with prospective buyers to obtain for you the best possible price.
    • I assist other salespeople who may have prospective buyers for your property.
    • On completion of a sale I attend to the necessary documentation and send copies to solicitors.
    • I liaise with the buyer’s lending institutions, insurance companies, show valuers through the property and provide local sales statistics to valuers.
    • I closely monitor the period between conditional and unconditional to ensure that all the conditions in the agreement are met on time.
    • I attend to the final inspection by the buyers prior to settlement.
    • I liaise with both yours and the buyer’s solicitor to facilitate settlement and organise handing over the keys.
    • My after sale follow up and service is second to none!
